PATIENT REQUIREMENTS
Immunization Policy
Our practice follows the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines for childhood immunizations. Vaccines are a cornerstone of preventive healthcare and are essential for protecting our patients and community from serious, preventable diseases.
While we respect each family’s right to make personal healthcare decisions, we must also ensure a safe environment for all patients and staff. For this reason, our practice does not accept or continue care for families who decline routine vaccinations.
This policy reflects our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of medical care and safeguarding those who are most vulnerable to infection, including infants and children with compromised immune systems.
